Training Opportunities for Law Enforcement Officers

The Louisiana Highway Safety Commission, Louisiana State Police, and the Traffic Records Coordinating Committee (TRCC) are partnering to funding more training opportunities for law enforcement officers in 2020. These classes will be hosted at the Louisiana State Police Training Academy in Baton Rouge. Classes offered will include Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician, and the Crash Reconstruction Series of Crash Investigation I & II, Reconstruction I & II, and Vehicle Dynamics. Classes will be taught by instructors from the Northwestern University's Center for Public Safety. Applications are being accepted now for this free training.
