Biographical Summary
 Brad Hall received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2015 and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Wake Forest University in 2017. After working as a mathematics instructor at Southeastern Louisiana University, Brad pursued a Master of Science in Analytics (MSA) from Louisiana State University, which he completed in 2024. While completing the MSA program, he worked as a Graduate Business Analyst at the Center for Analytics & Research in Transportation Safety (CARTS). Following graduation, Brad transitioned into a full-time role at CARTS, where he applies a diverse set of analytical tools and methodologies to develop reports, processes, and applications that support highway safety stakeholders and researchers. His work focuses on maintaining public crash data dashboards, developing analytical applications, and creating systematic methodologies to enhance transportation safety across Louisiana.
