Save the Date: Louisiana eCrash Demonstrations Coming Soon
November 5, 2021
Baton Rouge, LA - This December, the Louisiana Traffic Coordinating Committee (LATRCC) will be hosting a series of demonstrations for the new state crash reporting software, Louisiana eCrash. These demonstrations will take place of the sessions that were postponed in September due to Hurricane Ida response.
The LATRCC welcomes all law enforcement and traffic safety stakeholders to attend one of the four virtual demonstration sessions in early December. In each session, Ralph Mitchell, project manager for The Louisiana Crash Report Steering Committee, will walk attendees through a live demonstration of the new LA eCrash software, which also features the updated State Crash Report. Attendees may submit questions about the new crash report and software for the presenter to answer at the conclusion of each session.
Demonstrations of LA eCrash will occur at each of the following times and dates:
Session 1: Wednesday, December 1, 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Session 2: Wednesday, December 1, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Session 3: Wednesday, December 8, 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Session 4: Wednesday, December 8, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
To attend one of these demonstrations, register on the LATRCC website. This registration form allows attendees to select which session they will attend, register other members of their agency, and input their contact information to receive the session's unique Zoom link.
