Paul received his Master degree in Data Science from Texas A&M in 2025. After graduation, he joined CARTS as a data analyst, where he applies analytical techniques and data-driven methodologies to support highway safety programs. His responsibilities include developing reports and applications, maintaining public crash data systems, and creating analytical solutions that help stakeholders better understand traffic safety trends and make informed decisions.
